Coach Mabry joins the Falcons as the teams Mental Performance Consultant for the 4th season. He played at Christopher Newport University 2012-2016 where he was a four year starter, 2 x team captain and an all conference selection and earned a BA degree in History.
His coaching career has been dedicated to making a transformational impact in the lives of the players he works with. Mabry will be leading the mental performance structure of the program and is excited to contribute to one of the most respected programs in high school athletics.

At One Play, we deliver elite level development, preparation, leadership, and knowledge transfer for athletes that aspire to the next level. Whether that be intermediate or NCAA level, our purpose is to develop and prepare youth athletes today for where they need to be tomorrow, in sport and in life. One Play Development was founded in 2022 by Michael Mabry and John Rothenberger in an effort to address the large and growing challenges in American youth sports.
