After scoring 11 goals in the first two games of the season, on March 10th Torrey Pines Sophomore Dewey Egan was the US Lacrosse Player of the Week for the Western Region. The versatile attackman stepped up in two dominant wins for the Falcons, the top-ranked team in the region.

In a 16-4 win against Los Angeles power Loyola, Egan tallied the first four goals and finished with six for the day. The UNC commit also had five goals in the opener against Carlsbad.
